In Celestial Fitness, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. In Celestial Fitness, your astrological chart is our starting point. Each person has a unique combination of planetary influences, elements, and placements that reveal their natural preferences and strengths. We analyze the placements of 14 key astrological bodies in your chart, such as your Sun, Moon, Mars, and Rising signs, to unlock insights into your natural energy cycles, motivations, and ideal movement styles.

  • For example:
